Lane is a co-founder of Sportsman’s Junction and Westbound Media Co. He grew up hunting, preparing, cooking, and eating wild game in South and Central Texas. Originally exclusively a rifle hunter, he is now a bow hunting addict and wildlife photography enthusiast. Lane also serves as a volunteer guide for Terk Foundation hunting and fishing events for wounded veterans.

Kevin is a co-founder of Sportsman’s Junction. He is also an avid nonprofessional, hunter and fisherman that writes a few words every now and then. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, where he co-founded and served as president of the bass fishing team. He spends most of his extracurricular time fishing when it’s warm and hunting when it’s cold. He was known for breaking up with girlfriends during hunting season, until he met his wife. He runs TX Sunrise Outdoors and his favorite saying is Hunt. Fish. Love. Texas. Follow him on IG at kevinburke_tx.

Mitchell is a 9th generation Texan raised between the rolling hills of West Texas and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Growing up in a family comprised mainly of sportsmen and outfitters, he spent 16 years as a fly fishing guide and fly-tying instructor, as well as 12 years as a hunting guide. Currently he sits on the board of the Terk Foundation and has found new passion for helping wounded combat veterans find and heal in the great outdoors.

Tyler is an avid hunter and outdoorsman, who has been hunting in South Texas for almost 23 years. He guides whitetail and exotic species hunts for his family’s ranches and helps his father run his outfitter service on the side. As an aspiring wildlife and outdoor photographer, you can find him honing his craft on the ranch, at state parks, or at wildlife refuges across Texas.

Robert Gerzsik is a former analytical chemist turned big game hunting outfitter and guide. Before joining Sportsman’s Junction as an Author in 2021, he spent two decades hunting and fishing all over America’s public lands. Robert utilizes and applies research skills he learned while working as a chemist to help be successful while chasing big game. His friends claim that “He is so lucky, he must have a horseshoe buried up his ass”, but Robert claims that his hunting success is due to following and applying simple scientific principles.

Thomas Dunnam IV, also known as “Cuatro”. Has grown up hunting and fishing in the South Texas brush and marsh countries. His father, “Tres”, has passed on his expertise and legacy of what it takes to be a true outdoorsman. He knows the back lakes of Port O’ Connor Texas just as good as any old salt does and loves to share his knowledge of sight casting fish, wing shooting, and hunting big game with his friends. He has also guided many business trips throughout the years but doesn’t want to turn his passion into profession. He also enjoys traveling to other countries for new outdoor experiences. Costa Rica fishing and Argentinian wing shooting have been his favorite so far.
