Passion Fuels Us

One thing that most sportsmen have in common is a great love for sharing their knowledge and experiences. We’re no different. Our goal is to perpetuate the sportsman’s nobility through our content and love for the outdoors, particularly the Texas outdoors. If we can encourage or help facilitate even a single person to wet their first line, harvest their first animal, or prepare their first wild game meal, we’ll consider this a success.

Unique Perspectives Bring Us Together

Our contributors have experience hunting, fishing, camping, and cooking everything from small varmints and whitetail deer, to aoudad and numerous exotic species, to redfish and fly fishing for rainbow trout. No single one of us knows it all but, collectively, we know a lot. We don’t offer definitive answers, simply opinions and solutions based on years and years of experience, as well as trial and error.

Even though we might have good advice, never forget there’s more than one way to skin a cat. Do your research. Challenge us with questions and critiques.
